整整65天后，吴晨告别“吴队”的身份，回归她北京协和医学院教授、中国医学科学院肿瘤医院研究员的生活。回想作为中国医学科学院移动P3检测队队长，带领25名队员在武汉做检测的日子，每天嘱咐队员穿防护服“慢一点仔细一点”、每晚开车接队员挨个喷酒精消毒，起步的短缺和磨合、高检测通量的压力，以及后来的默契运转，都让她对这段经历了深刻体会。
2月4日一早，中国医学科学院紧急决定将P3车开往武汉，加强检测力量。这次异地作战，对于检测团来说是前所未有的考验。然而，他们迅速完成实验室建设、人员安排调配、制定检测流程指南等工作，并且坚持尊重客观规律做事，以确保安全、高效完成检测工作。
最终，在65天内，这支移动P3级实验室成功为东西湖方舱医院进行了2278例核酸样本测试，其中包括1461张床位累计收治1760名患者。在此过程中，不仅没有一人感染，也没有出现任何安全事故，这对于吴晨来说，是最大的成就。
尽管已从武汉返回，但对于吴晨而言，那段时间永远不会过去。她说：“我们是英雄城市的一部分，我们要感谢他们。”现在，她继续以科学家的身份，为更多人提供帮助，同时也希望能够将自己在抗疫期间学到的经验传达给其他人，让更多的人了解到传染病防控知识的重要性。
4月10日，当Wu Chens' isolation period ended, she made a final farewell to her role as "Wu Team" leader. On that day, the commemorative event held a video recording of the team's experiences, which touched many hearts and expressed the gratitude and longing among team members. Wu Chen concluded her speech with their departure from Wuhan: "We are China Medical Science Institute's mobile P3 detection team. Today is our 65th day since we formed the team. Thank you to the medical institute. Wish for the prosperity of our country and peace to all people."
